i dont know how many times ive addressed this, but true buddhism (theravada) is not explicitly a religion. It is more a way of life with the goal being nirvana. Also look up paticca samuppada (dependent origination) a.k.a. causation it's the main point of siddhartha gautama (original Buddha)...
