This is going to give atheists nightmares

I for one am not scared of death and while I hope for an afterlife (that would be cool), I'm just as content with my atoms being released into the universe with my consciousness dying along with my body. Just thought I would add this to this dead thread. :)

Strange. I think most afterlives humans can imagine would arguably be the most horrible bits of hell anyone could dream up.
There are few afterlives I could... live with. :ugeek:

Your old atheist talking points are going to changed because of scientific evidence of life after death
If that is actually true then it is to be welcomed as it completely overthrows the view that there is no life after death
I am a tad sceptical however with regard to it since you reject any scientific evidence for evolution yet here you are
promoting it in another capacity. You do not get to choose which bits of evidence you like and which bits you do not
And so all evidence should be accepted what ever one may think of it as subjective interpretation is not relevant here

I have explained many times why I reject evolution and despite all of the flack I catch here not one person here has ever presented evidence that demonstrates life evolves and the few that have tried to I explained how it is just reproduction or adaptation being used as evidence life evolves and yet it is ignored.I know the truth and until somebody can give scientific evidence life evolves then I'm going to keep rejecting it and pointing out what the evidence they use proves and it is reproduction or adaptation.People ignore me and think I don't know what I'm talking about, but I do.This is because I'm an evidence based person when it comes to anything.

Since when did reproduction and adaptation become evidence life evolves? Also why do you reject NDE's? Don't you realize it could be the evidence that you need to know there is life after death? We are getting off topic but you need to keep in mind it is atheists that took up this study on NDE's not believers but they believe in NDE's now based on their research and they have funding for the next scientific study on NDE's.

Have you bothered to read any of the studies on NDE's? They say nothing about proving the existence of on afterlife. They have shown NDE's are the reaction your brain has while you're dying. So yes a person can have an NDE but an NDE in no way provides proof of any type of afterlife.

Yes I have,I think you haven't based on what you just posted or your going by the critics. There is a case of a brain dead person having a NDE,brain dead.Did you know this?

Brain death is final. Please cite exactly where there is a case of any human being in the history of history that has ever come back from this, because that would be so phenomenally covered by any and every type of media. Should be pretty easy to find?

P.S. Jesus doesn't count

I have tried to expalin you this many times and you jsut put your head in the sand.
Adaptation, as long as it is a manifestation of an inheritable genetic change, followed by reproduction, is evolution!
You just claimed "here are this things which is evolution by definition, this is not proof of evolution".
abelcainsbrother said:
Also why do you reject NDE's?
Because it is a figment of someones imagination. The phenomena has been explained. And as I remember I presented a challenge about people who had reported the same phenomena while on a centrifuge, at no point being dead.

Sorry. It isn't.

That is in fact impossible. How would you even know that such a person had a "near death experience"? The person who had it could not have reported it out of the fact that it no longer has a functional brain, i.e. brain dead.
If you can find me a single instance of a person a reporting anything at all (doesn't have to be an "after life experience") without a working brain, I would start to believe in miracles right now.

I previously asked Abel about the evidence for someone brain dead coming back and reporting an NDE and he said it was somewhere on YouTube.

I'd bet it is the NDE fan favorite Eben Alexander. Though he wasn't brain dead but claimed that in a coma had no cerebral cortex activity whatsoever.

But yeah, source or GTFO.

Near-Death Experience - as in, seeing heaven, paradise, etc/meeting dead loved ones, etc.

Kindest regards,

James

I thought Alexander was likely. Of course, Alexander's own doctors don't back up his account of what happened.

Good article debunking Alexander's claims here:

Here is a blog about NDE's based on the science behind them. These NDE are different than the other kind and are called Peak of Darien NDE's.These are where a person brings back truthful relevant information from the after life of a dead relative which no one knew was dead at the time. These are all documented cases of these kinds of NDE' s.
