Of curse it's delicate, but it's no more delicate than it has been since the inception of the UN.The WHO(or WHO spokespeople) not being able to even talk about Taiwan, as to not get into the political clusterfuck, seems very relevant and a good indicator for how delicate its relationship with China is.
No, I'm not. What you seem to be suggesting is that this is something new and interesting and relevant to what's happening now. That it's something of special concern now, despite it having been a function of ALL international diplomacy - not just with China - since the notion of a national border first found spark in the mind of an idiot.You seem to be seriously overestimating the amount of influence the WHO and UN have on China and completly underestimating the delicate political tightrope walk it takes, to get China to cooperate with anyone.
This is nothing new, and has been the case all the time we've had international cooperation. It's in the nature of diplomacy.
