I was just using those two examples as a form of 'race baiting' and not specific examples in American politics.

Watch this clip:

Example of Race Baiting by Political Pundits
So... not really any real examples, and you're complaining that right-wingers like Rick "Niggerhead" Perry get unfair treatment in the media. Gotcha. The real problem isn't the racism that's alive and well in America, the real problem is that the critics of racism can sometimes be over the top about it.

What? Come again?

No, seriously. Come Again?

I don't think you're interested in having an honest discussion, which is why you're forcing people to drag every comment out of you. I don't give a shit what your position is at this point, because you're just playing games with us.

I'm still not quite sure WTF he's talking about, although I'm a little weary. So I find it ironic that he's the one asking for clarity.

Just a note:

I'm just going to get out on a limb here and take a guess based upon his entire attitude about the situation:
Is it just me, or is thunderf00t throwing a hissy fit about getting banned off of a website on the internet?
Really?

I'm sure he'd love actually participating on these forums. After a 1-week ban he should have plenty of material to rant about atrocities instead of actually putting out content that he's been sorely lacking for the longest now.

I think he's just a drama whore.

He's not about "science and education" as he claims... He just likes having people talk about him, you could see it from all that shit he gave VFX, then DawahFilms... He's at his most productive video-wise when he's at the centre of some kind of drama or other, he thrives on it.

Not that it's bad, though.
I mean, fuck, I know plenty of people who have benefited from his Why Do People Laugh At Creationists? series in terms of knowledge on different subjects and critical thinking in terms of the Bible vs. Science.

Drama may be his fuel to feed on when indulging in a subject - once again, that I really don't mind for. I do my best writing when I'm intellectually fencing peers upon different topics. Even if I'm dead wrong, it's still good practice.
See: UltimateBlasphemer, DogmasDemise, WorldQuest, etc. etc. etc.

However, I think he would have been better if he had reconsidered the way he formulates his posts and such before spitting them out as a blog. You can tell by his writing style and poor prompting for making an argument on a blog that it's not his forte (though I will hold that PZ was, indeed, strawmanning his statements by criticizing his font and style instead of his cases).

For example, I could have painted out a better argument for his whole "call the FBI" sentiment. I would have simply wrote a paragraph inquiring if anyone had ever encountered internet trolls before.
After that, I would have asked the statement: "How many did you actually take seriously?"
After a paragraph stating this and elaborating on how none of the audience took time to report internet trolls nor to rant about them in real life was because, most likely, the ones that the majority of us had encountered we knew that their threats and rants were, well, trolling. And in the few cases where it was deemed necessary due to the criteria and situation, had called the FBI to intervene - they control interstate crime, after all.

Then I would have compared and contrasted that to her arguments.

Sure, it would have been tedious - but I would have performed a complete thought without the obvious lacking of context that he was trying to state.

Thunderf00t would never come here because a) he'd have to do something beyond LOOLZ WTF FFS N00BZORZ U R TEH BOOBZ OH NOEZ B00BZ ARE SEXISM LOL to get perma-banned, and b) he'd have his scrawny arse kicked until it went through so many variations of blue it becomes a brand new shade of yellow.

A good friend of mine suggested that he gives off the impression that he's a coke-addled twat, and I can't really counter that...

Would that explain why the Moderator color for tags and Usernames is Blue?

No, that's just Spork's fashion sensibilities at play.

Edit:

Also, Thunderf00t's arguments were addressed, they just weren't the reason he was kicked off; that was his writing style (of which there was little) and attitude toward the community and contributors at FtB. He can't write for shit, and his arguments were founded on supposition (which he then doubled down on).

That would be one way to publicize the LoR...

Worse, since TF hasn't actually been banned. They just stopped hosting his blog, and he had to get a free WordPress account for it instead. THE HORROR! He's still welcome to visit and read and comment on blogs, AFAIK. More like if Prolescum was stripped of his moderator magical hat, but could still read and post here, and he claimed to be banned and his freedom of speech taken away.

Indeed, since the Monckton/Potholer thing isn't going to happen (I'm sure that no one here was holding their breath for it).

In the mean time I stand by my statement that people discussing (and I use the word loosely) about FtB/Tf00t drama are much more interesting than the event itself.

I'd rather tf00t not come here. Ever. Ever.

Yeah... he'd probably just criticize the podcast and take a poll of his YT followers to prove that he's more awesome than us.
