so that may be one reason why some may understand my intro and others don't.
These two statements, from the same paragraph aren't really compatible, are they.

Alright.I've never claimed to be doing a "theory of everything". My project tackles humanity, evolution, culture, society and politics.
Okay, so why don't we take a closer look, and see what it is that they're not quite so good at?I do not know why "they" do not understand my opening.
If you climb back in the messages I responded a couple of times to Fuchsia Guy, but that still doesn't mean that I understand why he doesn't understand.
Putting it simply: different people are good at different things. Just today I got diagnosed with Asperger, so that may be one reason why some may understand my intro and others don't. I've clearly explained myself with well sectioned arguments in the intro. If one may not be able to understand where one argument cuts off and the other begins they can ask, but I take it as a given.
Having an hypothesis doesn't mean that "you" know/understand the thing. No incompatibilities here. These two statements, from the same paragraph aren't really compatible, are they.
I explained to Fuchsia Guy what they said that they did not understand ( https://leagueofreason.org.uk/index...ics-read-description.16746/page-3#post-195155 ) and tehy still thought that I made mistakes in my intro, while the one making mistakes was them.Alright.
Okay, so why don't we take a closer look, and see what it is that they're not quite so good at?
They gave you information to work with in this regard. They told you what their difficulties were, they quoted sections of the intro and asked about its purpose; they shared their thoughts with you, did they not? Surely we can use that as a starting point to find out what went wrong.

In this case it just seemed that they were incapable of understanding the intro because of their shortcomings.
Who the fuck is 'Fuchsia Guy'?
I've already said that from someone's POV doesn't matter how well or simply you may explain something they may never be able to grasp it.Or, there's this other wild and wacky idea, which is that you haven't been clear and that's why they are confused. I know in your mind that's an impossibility, but to the rest of us it's an apparent reality.
And the common theme of all his remarks (what does X part of this intro have to do with anything) isn't in any way indicative of his confusion concerning your intro? Why not?I explained to Fuchsia Guy what they said that they did not understand ( https://leagueofreason.org.uk/index...ics-read-description.16746/page-3#post-195155 ) and tehy still thought that I made mistakes in my intro, while the one making mistakes was them.

Other people may not understand the intro for any kind of reason. I, or someone else, can explain them, but if they keep on not understanding they can either accept that they can't or get angry, call the explainers names and staying on an horse so high that they need a space suit.
I've "ignored" them around... idk, yesterday? He's referring to Sparhafoc. For some reason, he finds it necessary to refer to him by the colour the forum generates for the letter his name starts with, with respect to his avatar, rather than his actual screen name. Not sure why this is.
1) Why do you talk about this in your intro? You're not explaining it. WHY? WHY DON'T YOU EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN THE INTRO!?And the common theme of all his remarks (what does X part of this intro have to do with anything) isn't in any way indicative of his confusion concerning your intro? Why not?
Well, why not? It is an introduction to your work, is it not? If your introduction to your work shouldn't introduce us to your work, then what should it do? If it ultimately isn't relevant to your work, then why even have it? Isn't it just taking up space and touching on subjects we're just going to drop once the introduction is over?1) Why do you talk about this in your intro? You're not explaining it. WHY? WHY DON'T YOU EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN THE INTRO!?
I don't see it. I use my phone for this site, though.Does it say something about sushi?2) I forgot to tell you in the last message that you're dragging around a quote from a random tread.

How's it look now?Yeah, I was wondering if it was intentional for some reason so I didn't ask about it previously. To delete it, just quote anything and you should be able to see it and remove it, you might have accidentally pushed it downscreen so you don't notice it when you're quoting other stuff.
How's it look now?
