Steroids aren't the way to be strong and muscular. Neither is working out and eating protein.

The way to do get big and strong is to follow the Nazarite lifestyle. Sampson was the strongest man in history, and he owed it all to living as a Nazarite. That means:

* No grapes, grape juice, raisins, wine, liquor, or vinegar. (Num 6:3)
* No part of the grape plant (seeds, leaves, branches). (Num 6:4)
* Don't cut your hair or trim your beard. Don't shave. (Num 6:5)
* Avoid dead bodies. Don't even be in the same room with one. Do not attend funerals, not even for your family members. (Num 6:6-7)
* If you kill someone with your bare hands and he dies while you are still touching him, then Numbers 6:9-12 list the steps to get clean again.

That's all there is to it. That seems easy enough. No gym memberships, no supplements, no 'roids. Other than avoiding hard liquor, grapes, and grape products, no special diet either. You might also notice that beer is not on the list of things to be avoided.
