I don't know why you targeted homosexuality as a subject matter specifically. It is as legitimate a course study as heterosexuality as far as sex education is concerned. You certainly can't be trying to suggest sex education makes people gay or bi or into doing it with animals (Could you?).

I didn't "target" homosexuality. I actually have gay friends in my life. I do NOT want, however, any gay or, otherwise sexuality being "taught" to 2nd graders....tell my why you think that's a good thing.

I'd like to know why, but I suspect I already know.

Without having actually done any research on the subject matter, you believe that education increases the likelihood of pregnancy in young adults. Would this be accurate?

Sex education doesn't teach you how to jerk off your friends or finger bang your girlfriends. Kids learn that stuff on their own and sex education only helps them Protect themselves in the event they do want to experiment but don't understand the consequences.

I don't get the mindset that asserts sexuality is something to shield children from, it's an intrinsic part of humanity. Hetrosexuality, homosexuality, bisexuality, asexuality....all natural. To teach about these aspects of humanity is not to teach "how to" but to teach "this is how it is". You want to project anything more onto that then that's your problem.

When I have kids they will be taught the way I was taught. Honestly and without bias. Luckily my parents explain it all before I went to Catholic school...
