"Blasphemous matter" is defined as matter "that is grossly abusive or insulting in relation to matters held sacred by any religion, thereby causing outrage among a substantial number of the adherents of that religion; and he or she intends, by the publication of the matter concerned, to cause such outrage."

So, since so many fundies want to define evolution/Darwinism as a religion, let's jump on! We'll call "On Origin of Species" our holy book. Next time some nut job claims that the earth was created in six days, we'll scream blasphemy!

I agree, fight fire with hotter fire.

If this passes my first action will to be fly to Ireland, make some super offensive signs (like Jesus taking a shit on the chest of Mary) and phrases like "Muhammad was a baby rapist!" and walk up and down the street yelling at the top of my lungs: "Jesus the Jewish zombie was a cunt!!"


Getting in trouble would be so worth it.
