Now I think I'm ready to create the Codex Brutalis (anyone who knows Latin and can give me the proper word for Brutality would be great),
Stick with Brutalis
Remember being religious book the word useage is all about interpretation
so it can't be wrong ;)

No no no, you're not getting the point, the religion is supposed to be absurd because it's supposed to be almost pure blasphemy. The point is to twist all of the other religions into such a mockery under my new religion that I cause anger in the theists.

You see, I explain to Christians how the Bible is kind of right but it's off in parts. For example, it's missing the first line. Before "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. " was the line "Before the beginning, dinosaurs created God". They didn't call the planet Earth back then, they called in Dinosaur land, and then God remade it as heaven and earth.

It's all about context.
But we already have pastafarianism for that, don't we?

But Pastafarianism doesn't directly rewrite the other religions.

I'm talking about basically going 'No, the bible is wrong, here's the actual story" and just creating a mockery of their holy figures.

You should read the Gospel of the FSM. It has a creation story, a flood story and some more stuff.

I see what you're saying. So you do need to use religious figures names. I'm guessing you'll want Yahweh, Satan, Adam and Eve, Moses, Abraham, Muhammad and a few other characters but change them to them the point of insanity. Pretty much what was done with the book of Mormon.

God and Satan could have been gay lovers but Satan turned nasty after they split up for example.

Philip Pullman wrote a book recently called "The good man Jesus and the scoundrel Christ." It's a retelling of the story of Jesus where Mary had two children. Jesus was just a preacher and Christ wrote down the events of Jesus' life exaggerating the events in to what is now the bible. It clearly states in giant letters on the back "THIS IS A STORY". It's a fantastic read for atheists, agnostics and I'm sure moderate Christians would enjoy the book as well. It's pretty tame but it might give you a bit of inspiration.
