I would say for a vehicle a mirage tank (disguises itself as a tree and uses a laser canon) from RA2

For a gun, I would say the laptop gun (a computer that can not only fold into a machine gun, but also into a turret that can stick to the wall) from perfect dark.

For a melee weapon I would say the shiskebab (a sword that is not only on fire, but sprays the unlucky bastard on the other end with burning gasoline) from fallout 3.
