This is excerpt from an article in Moody Monthly:
What does Hell consist of?
1. Great Physical Pain
2. Darkness
3. Bottomless Pit
4. Isolation From Loved Ones
5. ENDLESSNESS
Even as I type this I can sense how cold this sounds...how cruel and uncaring I actually am...my heart does (even if...
I realize atheism means 'lack of belief in God', the only other option is a natural explanation. what I mean to say is THERE ARE NO NATURAL EXPLANTAIONS that account for universal logic in human beings.
Ok so I watched the rest of it and I think Slick may be right. The host says A = A whether we make that statement or not. I agree with that, but thats NOT slicks point, he is saying that THE STATEMENT ITSELF is absolute logic which only exists in the mind. Atheism CANNOT provide an explanation...
I want to talk about conceptual realities. I mean to say perfect statements that exist only in the mind but are not dependent on the mind to be true.
For example:
1. The Law of Identity states an object is the same as itself. A = A
2. .The Law of Excluded Middle says a statement is...
Or maybe it happened exaclty as I said? Why have you ruled that out?
Im not going to try any harder to convince you, go ahead and dismiss the story as you have dismissed the gospel.

Lets look at some words synonymous to CHANCE: incidental, aimless, unintentional, unplanned, etc...
Now lets look at some antonyms: certain, destined, expected, fixed, foreordained...
You can only speak for yourself ;) and so if it wasnt by "chance" then our existance happened on "purpose." Correct?
Purpose requires intent and intent requires a decision which requires intelligence. Right? Or are you playing syntax games?
Its one of my first encounters with the supernatural. There are events before and after this that lead me to believe that Charles Cribb was demon possesed.
No I see his point: the universe is so immense that its very likely for a planet to exist in which life could exist. The only problem with that is there is NO EVIDENCE whatsoever for life randomly begining. Then for that life to begin to mutate and actually BETTER ITSELF to the point of:
I...

I appreciate this post bro (or sis?tree?) but how long is a lifetime really?
Psalm 39:4-6
4 "Show me, O LORD, my life's end
and the number of my days;
let me know how fleeting is my life.
5 You have made my days a mere...
This is a segment from a paper I wrote in Composition 1 about the late Charles Cribb. The paper was split into 5 sections about 5 seperate incidents spanning 4 years. This is a true story.
Those were some amazing facts and I appreciate this post as a whole. I dont see how all of that provides any evidence at all for "natural life." There is no evidence for abiogenesis whatsoever its simply clinged to by naturlists because its their only hope of providing an explanation apart from...
