This is not my own personal forum and I would rather not purposely ruined it for everyone by making posts that I am certain nobody here would be interested in.
If I did what you are asking me to do, you will get mad, everyone else will be bored, I'll look stupid enough just for wasting my time and the whole thing will likely end up affirming to Atheists their own rationalizations for the disbelief in God.
Isn't there a Hare Krishna forum somewhere?

It's amusing in parts, don't get me wrong, but either something serious gets discussed fairly soon or we're going to need a new thread, it's not fair on new members to have to slog through 15 pages of bullshit.

@anning You seem to be lacking in reading comprehension .. please take an online course or two, to improve that and then report back in. Not trying to insult you or shame you for your bad spelling and grammar or anything(Hell, I make mistakes galore myself), but any conversation seems moot if you can not comprehend what people are saying.
Also, you can address multiple people and points in one post and there is a very useful edit button.

I've noticed you keep saying this but I dont even think this is really true. Where do you live, if I might ask?
As far as I know most of lands of the US were purchased from Spain and France. Were'nt they? Anyway the point of Christianity is to ask Christ to forgive us for our sins. And I guess also to try not to sin anymore. But that last part is a bit relative. For example people might tell me that its wrong for me to smoke but when I tell them smoking helps take the edge off my prior addiction to heroin, they tend to leave me alone.
Nothing about Christianity guarantees me a happy, easy life filled with moral virtue nor does it guarantee a happy, easy world full of moral virtue and I have never claimed that it did. The Bible says Christ was beaten worse than anyone and then was crucified. Isnt He the best example we have of how a christian should live?
Thou shall not kill should read though shall not murder. The word for one is "Ratsatch"(sp?) and I forget what the other one is. Anyway God demanded animal sacrifices and Christ himself killed some fish, cooked them and said "Here, eat some fish."

That's backwards, and a lovely bit of sophistry to avoid contradiction. Retzach is the word translated to mean murder, but it actually has a much broader meaning, namely any killing outside of war or unarmed combat. In fact, the most direct translation of retzach is 'blood-guilt'.
There is another word, harag, that applies to all killing, including war and combat, but doesn't necessarily carry the connotation of blood guilt. The distinction is not between killing and murder, but killing and combat.

That sounds about right. But are you saying that you think the actual message meant to be conveyed in the 10 Commandments was to not kill any animals or what? Sorry, I dont understand.

Animals aren't included in the concept of blood guilt, only other humans. What I'm actually saying is that the whole 'retzach only refers to murder' apologetic is a device to justify killing in the name of the god that commands against it (despite that same god going on to issue commands to slaughter children and capture little girls as sex slaves).

I don't know of a word that means "blood guilt" in English. Murder is the closest thing I can think of.
