Yamaha ARIUS or Casio Celivano

Good Evening!

I'm starting to learn how to play the keyboard (I curently have a Casio CTK-720) I'm really enjoying playing it (though I suck at it) however with only 5 octaves, one pedal and a piano setting that sounds like sikkining cats I think that it won't be that long before I have to get a more piano like instrument (So I can learn to play the piano and not the keyboard); since I'm a begginer I don,´t know that much about pianos but this is what I want:

A piano that will sound like a piano
7 octaves
Piano like response (weight, touch, poliphony etc...)
3 pedals
Headphones (I,´m really bad so I don,´t want to disturb the neighbours)

I understand that both the Yamaha ARIUS an the Casio Celivano are good electronic pianos and will last a life time; can anyone make a recomendation?

Thanks!
