My goodness what a load of vacuous, inane nonsense.

If it were possible, I'd be demanding a time refund for the minutes I wasted reading this cods-wallop.

No to both.

If my body was taken apart then reassembled exactly the same,
it would still be alive, right?

What if it was reassembled with a few atoms different?
Well, that happens every day, I learn something and the brain
cells have a physical change to record the information.

How many atoms must be replaced/rearranged before it is no longer me?

I say that if my atoms are arranged in any way that is in a live body,
then it is me, even if it is the "new me".
Even if they are arranged in a vastly different way, and if some of them
are mixed up with another persons atoms.

Could somebody please explain where I am going wrong with this?

New connections between brain cells form in clusters during learning

New research in monkeys shows that single brain cells can identify objects as dissimilar as a car and a dog.

I know I must sound like that crazy guy that said all that crazy talk about
the world being round. It can't be round, everybody on the bottom half
would fall off, it's impossible.

Back in the old days, everybody was CONVINCED it was flat.
Sometimes things are not as they seem.

I think I just need to find a better way to explain my ideas.

You are your brain

Nice, you need to make your ideas at least resemble something that follows how reality works. It has been explained to you in 2 threads why what your asserting is incorrect, but have you learned from this? Nope, you seem to think that if you repeat yourself enough your ill thought out claim will become true as if by magic. It won't. Educate yourself on at least an intro level of quantum theory.
