He wasn't even a contrary opinion, he would just say something casually designed to incite and then kick back and enjoy the amount of time wasted refuting his almost non-posts.

It's the mark of somebody who doesn't actually want to have a discussion, they just want attention. We could have a more concise discussion with cleverbot.

Everyone in this discussion has been a member since the first year the site opened, and how many members (excluding spammers) have been banned in that time? 10? 15? Certainly fewer than 20, at least if my memory serves me correctly. You really have to break the rules persistently for it to happen, and Stripe has had public and private warnings and two temp bans.

At what point do we say, "your disruption has reached the point of no return. Now you have to piss off."? I think that time has come.

I understand Dragan's view, but I think it's being applied to the wrong person in this case.
