I'm a stilton man my self. Lovely, strong, whiffy, bacteria laced stilton - the stronger the better.

Not the greatest lover of cheese but I do enjoy some oude or overrijpe cheese. The older, the better. It needs to fall apart if I look to sternly at it.

All of them! except American, Velveeta, and head.

I go through a lot of extra sharp cheddar. It goes with everything. I dice it up and mix it in with my popcorn.

What did the cheese say when it saw itself in the mirror?

Halloumi!

Recipe:
Slice the halloumi about 1 cm thick and fry (yes, fry) the cheese in olive oil until golden brown
Slice up a baguette about 3 cm thick, coat both sides with olive oil and fry until golden brown
Turn off the heat and wilt a few fresh basil leaves in the hot pan (a few seconds only)
Place the halloumi on the toast and the basil on the halloumi, finish with a squeeze of lemon juice
Enjoy!

Strong, smelly blue cheese. Roquefort, Gorgonzola... Though Gorgonzola is often too soft.

I'm vegan so I don't eat cheese, BUT I love tofu, does that count?
Don't think so, but appreciate you being a vegan :)
I haven't taken that step yet, though considering it the last half year again I'll rather stay on vegetarian

I've dug out two recipes if you (& whoever) like/s to give it a try:
[showmore=Vegan Labneh - Freshcheese from Joghurt]500gr sojayogurt + 1 tblspoon salt -> let sieve 12h in the fridge

- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NxZf0-MCRuU[/showmore][showmore=Vegan Mozzarella]potatoflower + sojamilk + sojayogurt + salt + veggy margarine
=> mix it all, than stir 5min over low heat, than stir again 5min until it pulls threads
+ bit of oil in the box that keeps the mix 12h in the fridge

All y'all are cheese eating freaks, especially anyone who eats blue cheese. It's moldy for fuck sake.

You eat fruit? I'll bet you like it best when it is ripe. Ripening is in the process of rotting.

I'm trying to imagine a world without cheese in it. It's difficult and I don't want to live there. Do you find it difficult to avoid foods with cheese in? Cheese is everywhere, well ok not everywhere but in a lot of things, must be a bit of a nuisance if you dislike it that much. I'm the same with lettuce, I can't stand the stuff and wish it would just get a worldwide deadly leaf fungus or something so I never have to see it (or even worse, taste it) ever again. And that shit really is everywhere, I hate it when I buy a sandwich or something which is labeled "Chicken and Mayo" and when I open the thing they've smuggled in a horrible looking and foul tasting weed. Just talking about this has ruined my Sunday.
