Jesus Christ is the Lord God of Genesis 2 who formed His "man" (Adam) from the dust of the ground using His own two hands. Jesus Christ is the same Lord God who testifies that the greatest born of women is none other than "John the Baptist" (Matt. 11:11) 'and' your stipulation above includes language "no MAN has ascended into heaven but 'he' that came down from heaven, even the 'son of man.'" Jesus Christ is speaking in types and antitypes about HIS "son of God" (Luke 3:38), which just happens to be the 'son of man' representing this universe (heavens, heaven and earth) as the 'man' sent from God (John 1:6).
On the left you see Moses (Eve) Christ (Lord God) and Elijah (Adam) standing on the Mount of Transfiguration (Matt. 17:1-8) in the same exact way these 'three witnesses' stood together in the Garden back in Genesis 2. Every man/host in this universe (male and female) is a member of the "Body of Moses/Eve" with an angelic super-half being a member of Elijah's/Adam's Body in the 'heavens.' Eventually everything in the 'heavens and earth' will be summed up "IN" Christ Jesus (Eph. 1:9-10), when mortals (men) shall put on immortality (1Cor. 15:51-53) by the rejoining (marriage) of their lesser (men) and greater (angel) halves to obtain citizenship 'in heaven.' Phil. 3:20. God is handing "New Jerusalem" down from "heaven" ([URLhttp://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Rev%2021:1-3;&version=49;"]Rev. 21:1-3[/URL]), which is the 'highest heaven' of 1Kings 8:27 'and' "Heaven" from Genesis 1:1 (in red).
Figure 2 shows God restoring "His Son" (Christ = F+S+HS) in the almost infinite realm containing our Adamic Universe (like this), while God's Son (Christ) is also restoring His "son of God" (Adam) as this heavens, heaven and earth Adamic universe. However (this is the fun part), God is also summing up the Lord God (Christ) 'and' His 'son of God' (Adam) vertically, which explains the true identity of he "who is to come" (Matt. 11:14 again). This Adamic Universe (Earth) is the physical 'body,' and the Heaven (F+S+HS) is the 'soul' for Adam's infinite 'spirit' that is being restored in God's Infinite Realm; where Satan murdered the "son of God" in the first place. Therefore, the "son of God" (Adam) is the "Man of God" (Fig 2) "sent from God" (John 1:6) from the end of time itself; when Heaven and Earth become 'one' and the very same thing ("all in all" = [URLhttp://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c266/Terral03/21.jpg]far right[/URL]). Therefore, the 'prophet' of Acts 3:22-23, to whom you are wise to pay heed to his every word, is none other than your father Adam who holds your angelic super-half in the palm of his hand. The 'man' that Jesus Christ is talking about ascending and descending is His "son of God" with whom "He" (the Lord God) is becoming ONE, as Heaven and Earth also become ONE throughout all the ages to come . . . In short: Jesus Christ is the Father + Son + Holy Spirit as the "Son of God/Man" and John the Baptist is the incarnation of your father "Adam" the only 'son of God' in this universe

John the Baptist denies being Elijah, because even Elijah is a 'skin' (Gen. 3:21 = 2Kings 1:8 = Mark 1:6 = diagram) for your father Adam; like Abraham, Joshua, David, John the Baptist and the coming 'prophet' of Acts 3:22-23. Those to whom Adam 'is' sent must recognize him 'first' as the 'prophet' (spirit witness), before God Himself will open their eyes to see him as "David" the king 'and' as your father Adam. Since the people are 'asking' John questions about his true identity, then 'they' obviously DID NOT recognize him. The key for the 'son of man' coming in this godless world is that testimony about himself is not true (John 5:31-33), so he is forbidden BY GOD to testify about himself. The question becomes: If the 'son of man' is speaking to you right now, then how would you recognize him? :0)

Paul is teaching "grace doctrine" to the members of Christ's Body (Church #2), while James is teaching "kingdom doctrine" to the disciples of Christ's Prophetic "Bride" (Church #1). Part of the reason that 'your' Bible is filled to the gills with 'seeming' contradictions is because the 'deluding influence' has forced 'many' (Matt. 7:13-14) to 'believe what is false' (2Thes. 2:11 =) all of your days on this earth . . .
