I agree with nemesis.

I will deal with the specific question later, suffice it to say that I don't quite trust the article yet. For example, the author wrote "amphibian" when he meant "amphibious", which is quite a difference. I also can't find a proper report on this yet, except something by the scientist quoted on sauropods, but I'll have to check how much of an error, if any, msnbc made.

Well, this is all very strange. Except for popular news sources, I can't find a single mention of this find anywhere. I can find a few posts over at the creationists camp, most notably one at uncommon descent. What I can't find however is any biologist blogger talking about it, any reputable scientific paper talking about it nor any disreputable scientific paper talking about it. I'm not saying it's a hoax, I'm just saying that what I'm about to write may be completely wrong, simply because I don't have enough information on the subject.


Again, not sure about this so take the above with a mountain of salt. We'll have to wait for Marcelo Reguero's report on the issue.
