Your information was posted on my channel comments over night by a user called DocDropper who has subsequently closed the account.

I found your posts on the youtube forums and someone has replied that you will probably have to fax or mail to them at:

YouTube, LLC
901 Cherry Ave.
San Bruno, CA 94066
USA

Fax: +1 650-253-0001

If any of you have had comments posted on your channel or videos with this information or anyone elses information for that matter, please delete it immediately.

I would be in contact with a lawyer and the police regarding this breach of privacy. While doc dropping in a video is something YT's joke of a help center seems to be able to address, they really backed themselves into a corner with how this guy did it. In addition to contacting YouTube, as CosmicSpork suggested, I would see to it that this guy faces civil and criminal charges. The problem is that when someone drop's your docs, you are really not safe. Conspiracy theorist or not, this guy needs to be taught a lesson. I am researching this matter to the best of my abilities and will let you know what I find, though I still suggest contacting a lawyer. Until then, I would take the measure mentioned in the first sentence as I might not come up with anything useful. Good luck.

Linus

Yes i know about DocDropper,
It was one of Amo`s temporary Sock puppets designed for the purpose of disseminating Private data.

This Person Has apparently Committed this crime on several occasions without consequence.
He has at least one other persons Private information.

I have yet to contact the BBB, But may still do so.
This Individual also sent me Threatening messages claiming he will have a associate create fliers
Incriminating me as a rapist and posting them in public areas.

Hi Cnidarious.

At least there's a direction of inquiry on this matter now. The moment he posted on my channel, I deleted the offending message and blocked the account. Now I'll go block the source account. Do you have the full username? I don't see any of his posts on your channel any more.

Have you contacted the police in your country about this matter? How about your country's equivalent of the Citizen's Advice Bureau?
This Individual also sent me Threatening messages claiming he will have a associate create fliers

That's defamation of character and accusation without basis. You have every right to petition for this user's personal information and take him to court for this. I hope you have the time and energy to do so, as I really hate injustices of this kind.

Good luck.

Another point of contact that might possibly be able to assist you with correct information, at the least, is your local University that teaches Law or Information Systems, they should have up to date legislation and Heads of departments are usually contactable by anyone (if they are anything like the University I'm studying at) who may direct you to where to find the information you need, though they are not allowed to give out legal advice but they should be able point you in the right direction, you just need to ask the right questions. I also recommend doing as FSAthe1st suggested.

I'm studying business law atm but being in Australia, things are always done slightly different in other countries obviously, I'm probably not much use to you. Another good question to ask and for you to find out would be to find similar, precedent cases that have already been trialled, civil cases are not binding from one court to the next but can be used as a guide and presented as supporting information if it goes to court. It will have influence on the judges decision, however, this may be hard information to find and you must make sure the facts of the cases are very similar. University might be able to help with this.

I'll try some searches to see if I can find anything useful for you. Otherwise good luck!

Edit: Haha I just noticed theninjasoulreaper provided the same link, you should call the Office of Privacy Commissioner, check the "contact us" link.

If He Actually follows Through on his Threats That might happen.

He already is claiming he will sue me apparently,
But what he seems to Fail to recognize is that along the way to Reaching this
conclusion he has Broken the law Repeatedly.

If he does Try it i will likely End up with him having a sizable list of Criminal Charges he needs
to deal with before even looking at me.

Also I`m not even really sure what he is Threatening me with besides Doc dropping.
He seems to think any Voice of decent or criticism is a chargeable offense, which it is not.
However Hacking youtube is.

Also remember YouTube is owned by Google, so any legal matters involving YouTube actually falls in Google Inc. hands, YouTube is a subsidiary of Google, therefore any legal implications that you have with YouTube, you should actually contact Google Inc. with directly.

These guys would probably have a decent amount of knowledge on the issue: Robert P. Latham, Jeremy T. Brown and Carl C. Butzer.
Interesting little section from that PDF, take note of page 37, specifically point 10, however don't confine your research to this point.

An article containing info on another user experiencing similar problems:

There's also hundreds of videos, such as the one linked below, on YouTube that might be worth adding to any messages you send to them:

Thanks Ladiesman, But unfortunately the Privacy Violation Notification system for youtube
is designed to be impossible to use.

Namely it is impossible to use Unless the Personal information is displayed in a Video, and the reporting system
requires a Video URL.

All the while of course my private data being displayed in post form with youtube doing nothing.

Can you not submit the URL of the video that contains your personal info in it's comments? It says in YouTube's community guidelines:

"Posting someone else's personal information without their permission is a serious violation of our Community Guidelines and could cause you to be banned from YouTube.".

If you want to make a big deal about it you could make physical copies of as much relevant information as you can get and post it to anyone and everyone including YouTube, Google, local authorities, International Privacy Bodies, Newspapers, Lawyers, even your ISP. Gather all the information on your own case (include print outs of screen dumps and URL addresses of where the infringements occurred, and I have copies of comments that Ray posted in reply to mine on his videos which he has since deleted) and any supporting information you can find, including other peoples cases of privacy violation on YouTube (there's that article, or blog, i linked above and there are videos on YouTube posted by people who have been violated so you could also print out those URL's or contact them and request information) as well as that Satriani v Coldplay case where the YouTube comments are permissible in court, you could also highlight other infringements that go unreported or unresolved due to YouTube's lack of response and poor reporting procedure.

You could also point out and include with your other information that YouTube endorses people hacking it's own system as there are numerous YT videos that explain how to do this and how to change other peoples passwords, which I linked above and is relevant to your situation, this would be a good way of getting their attention and you could possibly threaten YT with compensation, forcing them to respond whether you're right or not.... It's possible other governing bodies and interested parties would be interested such information and contradictions that exists within YT, newspapers would have a great story...

That is the problem though.

I need a Video URL.

There is no video showing my Private information.

It is being Displayed in Text, Not video format and on Channel boards mostly, Not videos.
And the videos it is being featured on have nothing to do with it.

That's why you would have to make physical tangible copies of everything (eg print out a screen shot of the pages with your personal info on it and write down the URL's where the info is posted on a piece of paper so they can look it up themselves and send it with the screen shot and an explanation) and send it to YouTube as a complaint forcing them to respond to you, this can be done via mail (post), you don't always have to do things via internet. It might take a bit longer but if you notify them and they don't respond within a certain time frame (I think it may be 30 days) then they could face legal rammifications (you could sue them), this happened to a large confectionary manufacturer in New Zealand once because their human resources sector took too long to respond to a complaint made by an 11 year old girl, if YouTube/Google choose to operate as a public listed company they have to abide by certain laws.
