Browsing through the interweb this morning there was a overall calm about the place....

If the main website is true then it would appear Shaun's parents have got a far better moral compass, and as such are throwing the literal book at him. Has anyone heard anything else from other sources? I can only find a couple of ~30 second videos posted yesterday in celebration that the channel was closed.

I really do not think they did it as they by default have no direct authority over his property. That said I,´m currently uploading a video with a suggestions as what has happened. I think I have some creative ideas, even though the video editing sux :)

The thing is he's gone down this "boy who cried wolf" road before and it never stopped him. He directly blames Muslims surprise-surprise, but there's been no such activity noted on YT, save for what he's claiming.

1. They closed his account/website because his parents recieved death threats and wanted to stay safe.

2. They closed his account/website because they are in legal trouble thanks to these donations, and PCS said it's because of death threats to save face.

3. His site was hacked and he will be back

4. He closed his account/website and will be back claiming it was a group of atheists who wanted to shut him up. He will be back with a new website just like questionscience.com to host all his videos. He'll tell all his followers to leave YT and come to his place where it's safe. Oh...and they'll have to donate triple what they were before as they're hosting videos...

5. VenomFangx finally realized the error of his ways and abandoned his beliefs. Still too proud to admit defeat, he devises a story to to let his alter ego go out in style - in martyrdom, while Shawn himself can now slowly and safely fade into anonimity.

Why does everyone care about this fool so much? There are so many videos on him it's ridiculous. And now we have like 30 threads on him here.

He's booooring. I don't care about his parents or his beliefs, he's a fool and it doesn't matter if he gets to spout his beliefs or not. They deserve equal consideration either way - none at all.

I don't mind if people use him as a posterboy for creationist stupidity: using him as an example for discussing the ridiculous beliefs asserted by creationists.... but people have turned him into some kind of celebrity, complete with TMZ/paparazzi type following of his every move and conspiracies about his innermost thoughts.

What are we, obsessed teens?

Sorry for the rant, don't mean to insult anyone, but it's getting hard to ignore him which is all I really want.
