One of the most damaging things about mainstream religion is that it opens the door for sick people like this to argue the same logic as them. If we disgarded mainstream religion we would likely see right through guys like this.

I also strongly suspect this guys 'cult' will be closed down over this... but when the Catholic church has paedophiles and protects them and engages in a cover up, we wouldn't dream of holding the church accountable... if there was any justice in the world the Catholic church would've been forced to make radical changes because of it.

just for an fyi, the church is actually doing stuff now, too little too late I agree, but it's not like they're still sweeping it under the rug. the priests have been dealt with.

Surprisingly not relevant thanks to this being 10 months old.

Less punishment and more investigation if you ask me. Nipping it in the bud would've done much more good then simply throwing him in the clink now.

You mean the priests who molested children? Yeah sure, they've done lot's of great things, like sending the molesters up to act as priests in small towns in Alaska and Canada where they have been proven on several different occasions to have molested allmost all the children of entire villages?

Now, I truely hope that is a thing of the past. But I think the curch has always done to little to late, and are still doing it.
