Oh dear... the author cites Reuters as a source and provides a link, but when one actually reads the linked article, it contradicts the bullshit he spouts in his article.

The Reuters article is talking about a dispute between firearms agents and lawmakers. The agents are irritated that they are not allowed to make arrests and are ordered simply to "[track] movements of these individuals, we wrote reports but nothing more". Nowhere does it imply that the US government directly supplied the gangs with weapons. The closest it comes to that is where it states "Of the nearly 30,000 firearms recovered in 2009 and 2010 in Mexico, where gun possession is illegal, some 70 percent were determined to have come from the United States". From the US, as a result of too little gun control. Not from the US government. Arrgh.

MIKE ADAMS?!?!?!?!?!

The "Health Ranger" is an anti-vax conspiracy nutter, maybe a Scientologist, and a well-known lunatic.

At the risk of sounding too crass, this is more like a used dildo....
