A year or so ago I threw in to a Kickstarter campaign to make a documentary about the Texas School Board forcing Intelligent Design into curriculum. It aired yesterday and is now available streamed on PBS's website. I've been following it closely and am really pleased with it. I thought you all might like to see it, since as far as I'm aware this is the first time it has been (legitimately) available online.

Thank you for sharing that. I remember seeing Don McLeroy promoting that documentary on the Colbert Report. After watching the documentary, I understand why Mr. McLeroy would promote it; he is the star and may appear to come off as a hero. My favorite seen in that hold program was when Mr. McLeroy was talking at the Tea Party Convention and seeing that (in Texas no less) the crowd was very small and made up of essentially white old people.

Just a note that this isn't available in all regions so don't get too excited if you aren't from the USA. Looks interesting though.

Just finished watching this.

I'm not going to say it evoked as vile a response as watching Jesus Camp, but everytime I saw McElroy come on screen and just spew shit from his mouth I wanted to jump through the screen and beat the shit out of him. I still can't believe the state of education as far as textbooks in the US is driven by Texas... what a nightmare...
