A popular rebuttal to "The God Delusion" was called "The Dawkins Delusion"

now taking bets for how his next books title will be twisted

I'm looking forward to reading it, his books about biology are so compelling. I have great expectations for it.

Ooooh, what's it about? I bet they'll twist the title in a really uncreative way. Come on,
'The Dawkins Delusion'? Surely they can do better than that.

Are you talking about that youtube video that parodied Richard Dawkins by saying it takes faith to believe in his existence? Let me address the points briefly. First of all, claiming that Richard Dawkins exists is not the same as claiming that God exists, because Richard Dawkins is an admirably intelligent, but otherwise unextrordinary human. The standard of evidence is much lower for claims that mesh well with reality. And secondly, Richard Dawkin's existence is not required for my world view to make sense. If I found out Dawkins didn't exist, his ideas about biology and whatnot would still stand on their own merits.

it's called

"The Greatest Show On Earth"

The Evidence for Evolution

it's all about shutting down ID-iots is what the summary says

My bets for the creationist book title responses...

The Circus Comes to Town
The Greatest Blowhard on Earth
Dawkin's Three Ring Circus

Plenty more out there, this one lends itself to parody pretty well.

I'll read it probably, I like his writing but he's a bit heavy handed - really pounds his concepts in. A review will probably give me the basic arguments which is all I really need to know what he will say in the rest of the book...

I think he's justified in how he pounds it in; some people need a bit of extra shoving to grasp what he's saying. Hopefully he's trying to persuade creationists with it, but it would also be useful for us if it's just a pure thrashing of ID. I really enjoy his writing, I credit him with getting me interested in the natural sciences after I read "The Blind Watchmaker".

I don't find Dawkins heavy handed at all. I know a lot of people do feel he is, my wife included. But I think he's very polite to the theistic curious mind. Close minded people might be insulted, but then they wouldn't be reading his book, would they?

Hitchens... Now there's a heavy handed atheist.

Ahhh, creationists retitling of critiques of works :D

"The WORST Show On Earth: The Malicious Lies Planted by Evil Satanist Evolutionist Scientists"

"The Greatest Show on Earth? More like the greatest POOP on earth! <---- See what we did there!?!? (We put poop in stead of show!)"

"Here Comes the IDIOT Circus: Richard Dawkins is a giant cunt!"

"The Most Blasphemous Show on Earth: Richard Dawkins is Attacking Our CHRISTIAN HERITAGE :x "
