What do you think?
I can see one of three things happening:
1) Lord of the Flies
2) Typical, beaurecratic state. People are reasonably happy but by no means free.
3) Epic result of freedom, fairness and community on a picturesque tropical island with fire-lit midnight BBQs on the beach, with little kids scampering round and Joe playing his spanish guitar to the locals.

As a side note, the ratio to men and women will probably result in something like Luna (The Moon is a Harsh Mistress).

There are lots of people doing the same thing, or at least planning to. A haven dominated, no doubt, by anonymous borg sounds intolerable. I don't think this one will ever get off the ground seeing as anonymous are all 13 year old boys with nothing better to do.

Scroll down to the bit about ages. It's mainly the male to female ratio that will cause a problem. It's about 95% male and 5% female.
It's actually not full of Borg like you say. I've been hanging round on the forums and they seem like serious guys and most of them seem very committed to the idea.

And it's only been a month as well. I may be optimistic but I see potential here.

Ugg got a really smart mate that thinks of the same thing (grade A student) and hehe it indeed doesn't makes you anonymous..

All they accomplish with this is create some stupid society that exists without much from this world, And that world will not benefit from the healthcare we have now, will not benefit from the technology. The result is a new type Amish, I pity their children.

They have a doctor on the team and he will just work part time and grow crops and stuff as a main living. And the mainland is a few minutes away for serious things (they have a boat and a driver).
Oh, and anonymity's not really the main point of it. It just emerged as a crazy idea from the anonymous culture- or, the artists formerly known as anonymous.
