the EU elections

I didn't write that originally, it's a quote from Facebook. he may or not have been a troll, but still it nicely sums up the BNP mindset.

And who was that directed at, exactly?

It's not directed at anyone. I just thought it was a perfect example of why the BNP should be treated like the hate mongers they are.

I'll assume that you are somehow trying to suggest that if someone wants the UK to leave the EU then they must be a BNP voter.

Not at all. Personally I wouldn't count it as a loss if we did leave the EU, and I'm by no means a BNP voter.

Always, always, always cite your sources ;)

If you can link me to info that states that UKIP are climate change deniers, then I'd appreciate that too. I was considering voting for them basically on the single issue I thought they stood for.

If they are climate cranks, then I couldn't do that with a clear conscience.

Thanks

What about overcrowded schools, people living ten to a room and entry level jobs being unavailable for our school leavers. Guess that doesn't matter as long as you have tariff free trade access to sell all those cellular telephones.

As I said, it's be much simpler to abandon the whole thing. Co-operation in academia and business already existed prior to the EU being formed and it is entirely independant of it's existence today.

What has overcrowded schools and those other issues have to do with the EU? Those are mostly national problems, I'd say... even though I don't really know what the situation is in the UK (I assume you're British based on your earlier post), so I might not have all the info.

There are loads of problems with the EU, sure. Especially when it comes to the agricultural policies. It definitely makes some countries get way more than they should, like for example France and Greece. It's simply a waste of money. But the thing is, the EU does a whole lot of good things too (most are, even though some are really crap). A better solution than just quiting would be to change it from the inside and keep the good parts while throwing out the trash.

One of my biggest problems with EU is that it's increasingly turning into an organization above states, instead of between states.

Yeah, sorry, my bad.

The only thing I could find on UKIP's climate change opinions is a PDF from The Green Party, so chances are it's a bit biased.

...and this from their own website.

A Sky interview with the BNP's press officer, and a man with a Phd in an undisclosed science, though he's fond of using natural selection to justify his racist views.
