Sexual Harrasment / assault in the military

I would like to know what you guys think on the statement that these people make that the military makes individuals act a certain way while on war and then expects them to act in a rather different way in society (military society) at around 2:43 .

A lot has been said about the inability of many members of the armed forces to carry out "normal" lives once they have been exposed to war.

Do you believe that it is true that war changes people so much that normal interaction becomes impossible?

Do you believe that the same psychological damage is shared by the civilians in war zones?

I would very much welcome the opinions of people that have been / are in a military and have seen / are in active duty.

Also do you believe the claims of sexual harrasment / assault are accurate?

I remember watching "The invisible war" and it seemed that things were rather bleak for women in the US military at least.

Best regards
