Seems like a normal American political news/opinion website to me, with added accuracy because it is left-leaning. The top headlines are about the big marriage equality case in Florida, a terrible journalist who is ironically calling Julian Assange a "bad journalist"...and then "terror granny". OK, sort of Daily Show in its weird gossipy stuff.
