Sarcasm command

So we have these simple switches for Bold, italic, underline, etc but it would be great to have a switch for sarcasm which applies a predetermined font and colour (or some other recognisable sarcasm identifier). Sarcams in text form is often entirely missed (unless explicitly stated with additional text), whereas in normal conversation it is generally accompanied by voice tone or some other (generally) distinct identifier.

Surely most sarcasm is obvious anyway, and if it isn't it's easy to point out later on. ;D

I think sarcasm works best if it is subtle

Anyway you can do what youwant to the text, to indicate whatever you want
