What a waste of skin... he can't actually believe what he's saying, his concept of evolution is so bad he had to put effort in to making it up. Choosing Kirk Camoran as your crownie? No one is that bad at life. He's got to be an atheist and just in it for the money.

I think that when trying to understand this people specially older folk(40+) ,we need to understand the amount of brainwashing that takes place in this peoples life and thats it not as malicious as a lot of atheist make it out to be, Church go'ers arn't liars or "snakeoil" salesmen as I've seen used commonly enough.They believe with 100% certainty that God exist.

You could consider it a mental illness, its much like an addiction to a drug you can't just give it up no matter how much evidence/intervention.Specially religion thats regarded(was?) so highly in our cultures, to tell a christian that God isn't real is like trying to convince him that Red is actually called Blue.What a lot of people don't understand is that its not that they are not willing to accept that God isn't real but rather they can't.

Its a huge obstacle, that usually requires an extreme traumatic experience like a loss of someone important or a crippling accident to be to overcome it; same could be said to the opposite experience(atheist to faithful) .

So when debating against an atheist it maybe perhaps is not that they are "retarded","swindlers", or "moronic".More of the line that THEY KNOW God is real so there HAS TO BE something wrong with the proposed statement(ex.Evolution,etc).From this would explain the different(sometimes opposite) re-actions to scientific advances.

The above is my amateur assessment of the deeply religious like the subject at hand Ray Comforts.

I know for certain that he's a liar because of his habitual misrepresentation of his opponent's views after being corrected innumerable times. Of course, St. Thomas Aquinas and Martin Luther both stated that it is alright to lie for God.

Honestly, this guy is out there making videos telling people that because a banana fits perfectly in your hand it proves that god made it...thereby proving god exists.
And his girlfriend Kirk Cameron is right there at his side adding that until scientist discover a "crocoduck" fossil, evolution remains a "theory".....thereby proving god exists.

I mean...Lewis Black and George Carlin combined couldn't come up this material...this is comedy gold :lol:

I tried watching the second video linked by the OP but it was just too painful. I can't watch shit like that. I'm impressed by anyone who can sit through those. It just pisses me off too much and I end up wanting to scream and punch my screen. I HATE liars like him.

He's not an Atheist. He's a honest to goodness Christian for better or worse. He deludes himself and profits off of people's ignorance and religious faith. He's a parasite, a drain on intellect and should be publicly mocked whenever possible.

He's either a complete fraud who really doesn't care about religion, or he is a deeply disturbed individual, deluded to the point that he can rationalize not simply holding views that are obviously logically impossible, but also lying through his teeth to promote a faith that forbids dishonesty.

Don't talk about the banana video. I actually had to sit and explain to my mormon upstairs neighbors how the banana was cultivated into its presently sterile, graft-cloned form, and would now go extinct if it weren't for our love of their creamy goodness.

Fortunately, one's a programmer, and the other's in University to become a dentist; for the most part, they're able to parse fact from fiction properly once presented with it.
