procommentor: How to talk extensively with yourself

Look what I've found by accident: Youtube user procommentor who's leaving comments like "'Atheists' have the reputation of being filthy for good reason. I'd rather keep company with pygmies, in New Guinea than 'atheists' in America as 100% of the violent crimes are committed by those people acting amorally a.k.a. 'atheistically'" has 26 sock puppet accounts. That's not the weirdest thing, all sock puppets are befriended with each other and on the profile pages you'll find almost exclusively comments by other sock puppets. Some of procommentor's videos have only comments by his sock puppets.
This strikes me even more deranged than MaximusArurealius/TyroneTHardball/Sockpuppet308/SockPuppet357/Sockpuppet451/Hacksaw38/ImY0urHuckleberry/z11one.

I've encountered that guy before, he doesn't respond to anything you say, he just keeps insulting. He also authored some books you can buy for $1. It's a cheap replacement for normal toilet paper so why not?

I wonder if he's the same guy who used to spam stuff like that on the humanist and religion IRC channels. Dozens of sock puppets, ignoring all comments, pre-written commentary. If not their trolling techniques are remarkably similar.
