I love making artwork in Flash. Among the things I draw are prehistoric animals and other creatures in worlds we don't live in. First I'll show my illustrations of Cambrian chordates.

Description:
This is a member of a hyper-advanced civilization which we will name Sapiens Deus Elatus (that means "Knowing God that is Arrogant), due to its desire to be the only sapient species in the Universe and any "impostors" are destroyed once discovered, because they feel threatened by their very existence as they want to be the only gods monopolizing everything in the part of the galaxy they live in, and seeing that those civilizations may reach space someday, they are likely to become gods just like them, so it is their incentive to kill them all before that happens.

This species has been existing for half a billion years, and has been continuing to diverge from its original bauplan. We have no complete data of their biology as of yet, but it is apparent that they use their lower rod (possibly their body) to propel themselves in the zero gravity environment they live in. They have four eyes, each two pairs are attached on a horn-like bump. The large cranium suggests a hypertrophied brain. The orifices on the head are of unknown function, although the pair closer to the eyes is thought to be ears, while the anterior pair high up on the head are believed to have function in breathing. The trunk and spidery fingers are of self-explanatory function, but the trunk rolls up like the proboscis of a butterfly when not in use, but it seems to only be a secondary manipulator. The way they reproduce is not yet evident, but they may be located in the mouth or in the jet orifice.

This civilization, as mentioned earlier, has been around for 500 million years or so. Their evolutionary history is an interesting thing to ponder, but their sociological history is as well. However, based on our loose knowledge it, it appears that the government existing has just conquered the divided factions of the SDE-inhabited space. They also seem to have a quasi-religious ideology, which states that the every individual in the Empire are gods, but must submit to the Prime God, who is actually a non-testable force. This deity is believed to say that every species which tries to be a god must be destroyed. Anyone who rejects this religion or even has mixed feelings towards it are immediately sanctioned or put to death. They have highly intense mind-reading technology which reads everyone's thoughts about everything, so in this setting, even an 'impure thought' is a sin. Everyone has no opinion or philosophy of their own as a result. Nobody is even allowed to have sexual feelings as well, so as a result, sexual organs have been removed via genetic modification and new individuals are added to the population via machine.

However, one unconquered faction which believed in rights every sapient species should have somehow evaded the attention of the megalomaniacal conquerors. Whatever way they persevered, they have now recently been conquered, and thought-reading devices are pending to be installed. Even so, free thought and other freedoms have been revoked and many individuals have been destroyed for resisting this new government. Fortunately, a famous businessman of the district kept his thoughts to himself, and requested every survivor to fund his production of a one-man ship under the guise of an "impostor searching" mission. After its completion, he blasted away from his ark and left for good. He severed his communications with the empire and destroyed all tracking devices that were installed by security forces while the ship was in production. He was never heard from again.

This independent explorer is on the search for other sapient life in the galaxy, with the intention to study them, and to perhaps enlighten them as well.
