Origins of Q-Anon

Luckily Q-Anon seems to be dying down, so .. the perfect time to make fun of them.

If you have not noticed yet, they are basically following the plot of Team America World Police, with a bit of Zoolander mixed in.
Whoever managed to convince people to believe that, has a really dark sense of humor. Still waiting for the punchline though. Then again, maybe making Trump president was the punchline and we missed the big reveal. I mean ... there is no better critique of American society and culture than that.

The whole thing has to have started as a joke .... I mean, there is no way anyone could have predicted, that so many people would fall for that bullshit(Even by American standarts). And from there on out, it likely has been pushed just to see how far the joke can be taken.

Btw. they at least found one guy posting as Q .. some bloke in New Jersey.

America, fuck yeah!

I wouldn't be so quick to put down America. Though personally I prefer Europe, the US is by far a better place for one to immigrate to. Certainly in terms of opportunity and social existence, which I think greatly determine quality of life. If you're a black fellow from Africa and you come to Germany, you better get used to sweeping floors and cleaning toilets and you'll be lucky not get cheated out of a portion of your pay while your doing it(Though these are starting to change.). Not neccessarly because of racism, mind you. European society is a bit more "clannish" than American society though.

Europe has it's fair share of Q followers too. Evidence of this can be found in videos of Anti-Mask wearing demostrations across the continent, people with Q t-shirts, flags and talking points.

As far as culture, I would say European culture is often more celebrated in the US than in Europe! The US has streets and Stadiums named after Polish immigrants. They honor European military men who taught the Americans military tactics 200 years ago. Oktoberfest is a thing everywhere in the US. We make fun of the british royal family. Dye rivers green for St Patricks Day.
Hell the US even celebrates German Schützenverein (of all the damn things!) in their parades!

All in all I would say both countries are great! :D Filled with great people! And both could learn alot from each other. I love them both.

And how big your bank account is.

Sides, its safe to say, America sucks ... really badly. One mass shooting a day and black people still get lynched ... by the police no less ... nevermind what they are doing to Mexican migrants.

And Led Zeppelin ... you do realize Q is an American trend? Who, just who, is at fault that there are Q guys in Europe?

Oh and the thing about the opportunities in the US .. yeah, thats simply not true ... you might be sweeping floors in Europe, but thats enough to feed you and you get health insurance, as well as social security. In the US you sweep the floor, work construction and Uber while sleeping in your car so you can AirBNB your flat. Just to feed yourself.

I don't - I think most of the US in terms of immigrant opportunities is like the Europe of 30 or 40 years ago.
Do you mean immigration policy or opportunities for immigrants(like finding a decent job?)

I would say that that the immigration policy of the US is horrid compared to that of Europe. They won't even let my wife into the US. But in the US an immigrant would have a much better chance of having friends and finding a decent job. Hell, 25 years ago I was working for a construction company in Northern Indiana. A couple of the guys barely spoke English but we were all making $4000-$5000 a month. We could have all bought sailing yachts if we wanted to. I was like 19 years old.

My buddy Strawberry's parents came from Mexico and were never able English. We grew up together in the shittiest, poorest neighborhood I have ever seen. He's like a head nurse now or something like that. Now he lives in new 2500 square feet home on the nicest side of town. Hell, my own father never even finished the normal school and became a top manager of quite a nifty manufacturing plant.

I just don't see anything like this happening in Europe. Maybe it does, I can't say for sure. Having spent 1 half my life in various countries in Europe and 1 half in the US, I havent found a reason to hold any negative sentiment against any people or any nation I have lived in. They all have their ups and downs.

The police in the US scare the shit out of me. That is a big reason why I personally prefer Europe over the US. There are other reasons too..

Look! I used to live a 10 minute walk from where this video was taken. Its on the West Side. I was born and raised there! EVERYONE there would be out celebrating Dyngus Day. It's a POLISH tradition!

There is a lot more to American culture than what many people realize. These guys are having a good time! Probably some good food too.

I'm pretty sure that immigration to the US has been declining in recent years. The data I'm looking at is Petitions for Naturalization.

Number of petitions have been declining since 2016. I'm personally unsure as to whether or not there's a better metric to work with for this topic.

I've seen German-speakers who believe QAnon. One of my Facebook-friends was following a channel that posts(and believes) all sorts of conspiracy theories, and people reply to them and write "That's so horrible! When will this stop?" seemingly in all seriousness.

I've also heard of a friend of a friend who's a black European, and after coming back from a stay in the US, said he was glad to be back cause the racist violence was scary. So looks like we agree that the US is more dangerous for black people. And we haven't come to a consensus in terms of career rising abilities.

Surely it's also relevant that in a lot of places in Europe, going to university costs a few hundred dollars per semester (correct me if I'm wrong. I know it's free in Norway, and in Switzerland it's like 700 dollars) whereas in America you need to be rich to afford it.

But the US seems to have a larger employee turnover rate. It's easier to get in, and it's easier to be let go. In Switzerland, the employer MUST give you a few months notice when firing you, unless you broke the law or something, and so does the employee. My cousin who emigrated to the US says that stress at work in the US means a lot more than stress in Europe. But that doesn't sound so healthy in the long term. I'd rather have job security.

To be honest, I've often wondered if I should leave the US entirely. My girlfriend is El Salvadorian, and I'd rather live somewhere where someone wouldn't randomly decide that hitting her with a car or some such shit is a good idea. Need to get my passport and some licenses, though.

Why not go with what Biden and Harris are saying in official statements:
"Do not come to America."
Unless you are white and wealthy.
