I only recently became aware that Nasa through Steam/Valve are putting out an online moonbase game soon. Soon as in Tuesday (the 6th), supposedly for free.

Ontop of that, it looks like some company is making a Europa one for ESA. Theirs is a little more sci-fi-ish and set further in the future as they seem to have anti-gravity and some means of protecting themselves/everything from Jupiter's radiation belts.
