To be honest, I think calling something like this "pseudoscience" gives it undue respect. Its garbage, plane and simple. This forum needs a "Trash Can" section.

Interesting that Venus is only earth in the very recent past with primitive man alive, while mars is so far in the future we won't be able to find any similarities between us.

Oh and all the other crap that filled this video too.

He doesn't realise that the planets are very different in size (of course in his images they are all exactly the same dimensions). Also how does an earthlike planet turn into a gas giant? Then into Pluto?

I came from Neptune, and there is good evidence that this man is from Uranus, so the planets aren't in our future. That's just weird.

with space colonization, Mars isn't a bad idea.
however, with the current technology its not possible to even make a decent start.
for that to be possible alot of boundries have to be overcome, which would take decades.

It would be much easier to have an lunar base before even think of mars.
be even for that we have enough to overcome before thats possible.
the LCROSS project was a decent start for research to what is capable... but from there we still need ALOT to do, before we're done.

I have a more compelling argument than this pyramid nonsense...

71% of the Earth's surface is covered by water.

This person's mom is about 60% water.

Conclusion: If only 11% of the water on Earth is gone at some point in the future, this will leave exactly 60% water, making Earth identical to this person's mom. Therefore, this person's mom, and not Mars, is Earth in the future.

That makes sense. I always wondered why women changed personalities in Belk's...

I'm having a really slow connection tonight so I was only able to see the first screen.

Someone needs to tell him the word he wants is "AFFECTED" not "effected".

I assume it all goes downhill from there, right?

This is why we can't have nice things.

It's sad to think that this idiot has probably convinced at least a handful of people that his theory might possibly be true.

EDIT: Back to the Future references in 'serious' science is never a bright idea.

But isn't Mars... smaller than Earth?

Do planets shed layers now?

WHAT??! You're not making any sense at all
If Mars is Earth in the future, Earth would have to have gotten smaller.
One possible way would be if thousands of kilometres of the Earth's crust just fell off.
