Hello everybody. I've been sorta lurking this site on and off. I think I first heard of it from watching a ZOMGitsCriss video.

I live in Arizona, I'm Hispanic, and a former Catholic (now a non-believer). I don't have a degree in anything special, nor am I significantly endowed with a savant like ability to quote and understand every philosopher before my time from sheer memory. I have opinions, but I think I'll mostly just listen and learn for now...although sometimes I can't help myself. :)

Welcome televator.
Nobody can be an expert in everything, so not being an expert in any particular thing... not such a terrible thing.
All you need around here is a rational mind and the ability to frame an argument well and you'll have a lot of fun.

There's twisted humor, and sarcasm abounds, serious discussion and just good ol' bullshitting.
We have rational people and loonies on both sides of the fence here... every shade of brilliance and idiocy. Pick a shade and jump on in.

Don't worry about not having a degree or savant like abilities - much like myself. It's certainly not required around here. :)
Heh, I have plenty of opinions, too, and can't always shut up.
