League of Reason Ventrilo Server.

The general idea is that we should somehow get a ventrilo server somehow, and then be able to use that for different things including chatting.

The ideas I've come up with to fix a few forseen issues are as follows:
-Crowdedness of Conversations: Make different rooms similar to on the forum for each topic, and make even a few rooms that only have voice permission to a few people for specific debates.
-Lag of the Server: Nothing more than just have a bot or something to kick people who idle for too long.
-When Discussions Overheat: Perhaps make said above bot be able to kick people based on how decibular their tone gets.

The rest I have no idea how it would work, but would gladly help find solutions.

Is it a good idea? Would anyone be interested in this?

hmm, No, because a ventrilo server can easily be made a nuisance by constant randoms coming in, screaming, shouting and cursing. and it will take too much man power e.g moderators to keep it clean and civil. despite it, it will be more open to attacks than anything and eventually people will resort to passworded rooms. But that would be in itself a huge difficulty

I suggest, perhaps making a stickam room or joining the DebateFaith room. It's a public interface and a free exchange of ideas. It's much more useful and much better than a private or public ventrilo server which would need to be propagated and also maintained individually.
