I think you can beat them by being calm but forceful, and call them out in a funny way. I think if you're going to throw some weak intellectual sauce at them, you might as well not even bother. It is OK to knock them down too... because you're not going to convince the host of those shows either way, but maybe you can at least come off as having a solid position.Cyberdraco said:Its a lose-lose situation for any Atheist to appear on Faux News.
If you are the respectful, fact-filled person we should all be, you'll get talked over and yelled out.

That's why they have her on. I agree with Cyberdraco. The only benefit to going on Fox "News" is exposure. And just for the record, Laura Ingram is a shit sucking, fucking cunt of an interviewer. How deplorable. I hated watching her treat someone like that. I don't care whether they're atheist or not. What a cow.ImprobableJoe said:Is there a reason why Annie Laurie Gaynor is allowed to speak in public to represent atheists? She was TERRIBLE.

I don't think that those advertisements are helping the cause at all. Saying something like 'that's right, there is no god' is just going to make religious people go, "oh yeah? fuck you, I'm not going to listen to what you have to say at all". You know? It's just going to close up their minds instead of opening them.
