Yours is a completely different order, so why do I get that ghastly prize? Wicked...

Well, I posted mine without reading yours. Sorry. But the green snake is beautiful :)

Find a green python that looks almost exactly the same as boa from that picture and you have an example of convergent evolution, right? Correct me if I'm wrong.

[showmore=re Aught3]Moa did come up when I was searching for the answer :)

I was thinking about suggesting Moa for another bone challenge ( so I could guess more quickly)[/showmore]

Whether this is D. haplocerus or D. smalli is unknown to me (way to make me look bad Isotelus).

D. haplocerus isn't a valid taxon anymore, so there's only D. smalli and D. spurensis. The picture looked like the former :p.
I will also make note of the fact that throughout geologic history, there have been medium to large armored herbivores lumbering around, including our Desmatosuchus, as well as Thyreophorans, Glyptodonts, etc. We have nothing like that now, and it sucks.

Anyways, I won't guess on this one, mainly because the answer is already in one of the posts above (though I won't divulge who I agree with ;) ).
