Kent Hovind is a free man (almost)!

So after almost ten years in prison, "fake Dr." Kent Hovind is released. He has paid for his mistakes, with 3 years on probation left. Now let's hope he'll start making video's again. Do you think he picked up some biology books in prison?

If he stays to himself, preaches to his friends and family, then fine. He can live out his life peacefully and no on would have a care about that.

With that being said, if it's right back into the Grifting Suit and phony Phd, then he's in for a fun time as the past 10 years has brought the rise of every single refutation of his garbage brain droppings there is available to anyone to see. I recently listened to a video on Lonestar1776's channel about ERV's... :lol: . He hasn't done a lick of research and still has no idea what he is trying to refute.

I don't know, it might be cool to see him back in the saddle, lyin' for jesus with all his might.

But after all this time, it might be like watching a band you adored as a kid once they've had time for male-pattern baldness and a slowing metabolism to turn them into sweaty old men.

I'm pretty sure I've seen where he was getting additional Phd's while he was locked up.

Did you see Logicked's video containing a recorded conversation with Hovind behind bars? Apparently, they believe that atheists are "flagging" his website so security warnings pop up... because this website flagging mechanism totally exists.

Long story short, the administrators did not update their security certificates, that is why visitors get that warning.

I am fairly excited for Dr. Hovind's release.

Not because he wasn't horribly guilty of tax fraud, or because he spouts comically inane ideas about science (see generally any Kent hovind YouTube video), but moreso because he's been away long enough that he may not recognize the power of the Internet and how it has drastically changed the game.

Are you there god? It's me, Alligoose. Please make Kent Hovind sign up for this forum.

I would bet that Eric will keep a leash on his old man. After all Eric makes a ton of money from his scam and is smart enough to not let his father to become an issue in the business.

Ugh, watched a few of his new video posts on youtube and all it is, is reading weird letters from around the world. As most seem entirely phoney (but hey...you never know), every thing is referred back to his original videos that haven't changed a bit. He has the same odd misinformed timescale posters behind him from years ago...no change.

I'm getting the strong feeling that he and Eric won't be collaborating any time soon though. Something about their relationship seems strained.

I'd put money on Papa Hovind tracking down all his old merchandise for sale again, and promoting it once he figures out how to do podcasts. Once this happens though I would like to propose a meeting of the minds here and anywhere else to fill up his phone lines with really good questions/points to stump him at every turn. Would be fun, no?

Granted that I haven't watched his videos but from the few clips I've seen he's not only using the same arguments, but the same exact words as before his state mandated vacation.

And now the good news; Kent Hovind is out of prison and making videos again, giving youtube debunkers atheists and debunkers new (?) material to work with.
