I was a late bloomer, but once I bloomed it was on like Donkey Kong. Of course, I also had that experience of going back home after a few years and realizing that the girls had noticed me and I had been clueless about the signals.

Yeah, but at the same time as you get longer in the tooth it feels OK. I'm glad that I was a little more humble than I would have been if I had understood my inherent awesomeness before I was emotionally equipped to handle that sort of responsibility/
