Yes this is true. The things that Obama has done that are maybe impeachment worthy are all things those calling for his impeachment agree with anyway. So the calls from them are ridiculous on their face.

The thing is signing a piece of legislation from the congress/senate and then carrying it out is not really an impeachable offense. Firstly, impeachment comes from the legislative branch so it seems bizarre to think they would impeach over a law they wrote. Secondly, the grounds for impeachment are things like treason and bribery. The question is: what is the crime here? Abuse of authority maybe.

Unless you count overthrowing foreign governments by launching a war of aggression (the highest crime in the world), aiding and abetting known terrorist organizations, arresting and holding people without charge, torture, let's not forget the growing police state the Snowden has made available.

Every president since FDR has committed atrocities and should have been hung. Maybe Carter could slide through, I'm not aware of any major crimes he committed. Noam Chomsky has written a nice piece about this, I concur.

If Obama had not planned on breaking the law, his very first act as president would have been to create a team to bring the Bush administration up on charges of Waging a war of aggression and crimes against humanity and probably crimes against the peace. Hundreds of people should have been hung. But since Ford pardoned Nixon, each president has counted on the next president to not punish them for their crimes and Obama did the same thing. When he took office, EVERYONE hated Bush, it would have been the easiest case of any prosecutions against the highest government officials and would have restored America in the eyes of the world. But, he knew he would be committing crimes and would need the forgiveness of the next president. In case you think I'm being hyperbolic, there are number of people in the Bush administration (including Bush and Cheney) that cannot travel to any EU member state because they have been charged in one of the EU member states with waging a war of aggression and the European arrest warrant has to be enforced in every member state.

Obama isn't really more of a tyrant then Bush, and impeaching Obama, removing him from office and even pushing criminal convictions doesn't solve the real problem of political representation in america( although he deserves it). Namely that both the democrats and republicans are funded by and represent the interests of big buisness and not working Americans and the impoverished. Would Hilary Clinton be better ? ...i think she might actually be worse..

This is silly and I'm a conservative if America is going to be destroyed I want liberals like Obama to do it.I think it has been good for America to get a taste of real liberalism and socialism and all of you non-Americans laughing now have nobody to protect the west from brutal dictators,you are on your own if WW3 breaks out.Russia,China and Islamic terrorism in the east are the super powers now,with no western country with enough power to stop it now,unless a miracle from God happens.

You're blind for some reason,no offense but look at it this way no country in the west could stop Russia or China at this time,they do not have the power to at this time.This is just a fact not meant to say America is better than your country but just that the east have the upper hand now and noone is powerful enough to stop them if they decided to take over the west.Name a country in the west that could stop them.I would say it used to be America and its allies,but not right now,we are vulnerable right now and especially Israel.
