The guy is an idiot period, and that much is given but It isn't just enough to point out who missuse the DMCA, You have to make a report of the videos hit and if someone got suspended or else we won't have allot of material to work on.

Talk about letting the side down... again. I think that everyone here on the forum are in agreement when we say, it doesn't matter what you believe, that we should or will support anyone who is wrongly accused of infringing copyright and who is forced to suffer channel suspensions due to false DMCA's, false flagging before mentioning votebotting. That is my view at the very least.

Censorship is wrong in all cases, and free speech again is being attacked. DoNotGod or Immendham (I think I'm right in saying there the same user, correct me if I'm wrong) or whatever his name is should grow a pair and learn to take the criticism he so readily gives out. Otherwise if he himself is attacked by votebots and dmca's he will have no one there to help him. Well, you reap what you soe I suppose.

DMCAs need to be fixed, urgently.

I don't see why the videos have to be taken down immediately, surely it would be a better system if they were put up for review before they were taken down rather than after.
