I need the help of the all knowing and mighty researchers of the league of reason (*ass kissig over*)
I am trying to establish an example with rabbits in Australia, for which I need trustworthy data on the population size throughout time (since their introduction in 1859). This information seems to be nonexistent. In which case I would need a similar example of a species with known point of introduction to the environment, and known statistics on the size of the population
Any thoughts? Suggestions?

Here's one, the Eastern Gray Squirrel. Not sure if the link has links to the data itself (I haven't read the article), but the little sods are everywhere...

I recommend going to your nation's statistics office or somewhere that specializes in the information you're seeking.
