Hello, I am an ExplorerAtHeart! I love everything to do with space, astronomy, the universe, science the past future and present. I am a big fan of Carl Sagan who was the one who helped me develop my love for the cosmos. My favorite topic within the space sciences it planetology, exoplanets. I also love the stars. I am into science fiction as well, though id prefer them to be realistically accurate.

In terms of religion I am agnostic (was raised a roman catholic ). Carl Sagan directly shaped me on this. I don't know if there is a god, and i don't know if there isn't. If one knew either way, then they would know much more than anyone else. If tehre is a grand creator of the universe then he(it) is probably nothing close to what the earthly man-made deity's are like.

(Actually i looked for the intro forum 5 times and failed each time for some reason, the I just stumbled on it now.)

Hi Explorer!

Welcome to LoR! :)

As a true explorer, you kept searching... and then stumbled upon something!

Speaking of exploration, science and Carl Sagan, I don't know if you saw it, but there was a recent TED talk about that by Brian Cox.

If you're interested, and haven't seen it, here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HdwOlk6HIVc

Anyway, I hope you'll check out the chatroom if you're into that sort of thing. It's been very active after the LoR BlogTV show.

Enjoy your stay! :)
