Going to Warsaw, some sightseeing tips.

I am going to Warsaw for a couple of days soon and I was wondering if there are some must see places we should go. If they are less touristy it might be better. So anyone who is familiar with Warsaw can give me some tips?
Edit:
A couple good and cheap bars would also be appreciated.
