BTW, baby cows are called calves. But her shitty parents didn't bother teaching the poor kid that because "baby cow" sounds so much nicer. And my boots are made of leather. It's only skin when the animal is still wearing it (the original one).

I have yet to meet a truly healthy vegan. I know dozens, and all of them are thin, pale, and consume supplements to stay healthy. The simple fact of the matter is that we are omnivores. Just as an all meat diet is unhealthy for us, so too is an all plant diet.

Well, each to his or her own, I suppose. I only question some motives that seem to have been born out of ignorance. But I have to agree. Animal products are just too damn good. Just picture a thick, juicy filet mignon cooked medium rare and drizzled in bearnaise, or a fillet of cedar smoked salmon, or a wheel of the finest brie cheese I say enjoy all the food you can. Life is too short to drink cheap wine!

The problem I have with most vegans and some vegetarians (just from personal experience, vegetarians seem to be more relaxed) is that they're just behaving like any other fantatic religion.
If you look at this girl, what nonsense she says, how highly affected she is emotionally, and then watch "Jesus Camp", you'll see the clear parallels.
They put on a "holier than thou" attitude, have credos and dogma and are totally undisturbed by science and reality. And against a child, that is, I agree with Dawkins, a crime. It's child abuse.
BTW, there are children who died because their parents were ultra-vegan-no-medicine-homeopaths.
