I understand the concept of moderation and moderators...however, it still seems, like a slap in the face to the greatest system of justice that has ever been formulated: Magna Carta, English Bill of Rights and, later, American Constitution. If you want to have a discussion about free speech in terms of philosophy, then make a new post in this subforum and don't involve forum moderation into the mix.

If you want to discuss forum moderation, then do it in the appropriate forum.

This is a privately owned forum, go yell about free speech and play martyr somewhere else if you cannot grasp that.

Call me short sighted, but wasn't the Magna Carta drawn up as means to curtail the power of a tyrant king and to set forth basic rights of the subjects in the kingdom? So what the fudge has that got to do with forum moderation?
