First Attempt at Moon Photography with Telescope.

Here is my first attempt at lunar photography using the following equipment:

Celestron CPC 800
Celestron NexImage capture device

I can already tell that I need some adjustment to the brightness level and contrast settings. ;)

I think I'm hooked.

Looks good. Would a longer exposure time perhaps make it brighter,show more detail?

I honestly don't know, never done photography.

At that magnification, I think it's moving pretty fast...

Well it might work if the telescope is attached to one of those motory things that counters the Earth's rotation...

Have you ever tried coordinating small elves?

Word of advice, don't bother. They're unruly little fucks.

This of course is because elves tend to be of the chaotic alignment. Maybe try some small dwarves. Being lawful, they of course tend to have more respect for authority.

No a bad first attempt at Moon Photography! It's not an easy thing to get the hang of.
