On the question of suicide and euthanasia. Yes, euthanasia is a form of suicide but one would be wrong to equate the two. Euthanasia should be the last option reserved for situations when the standard of living is, or shortly will be, unbearable. I understand that the question is complex and there will be gray cases where you simply can not easily say what is right, like euthanasia for mental health problems, but all in all what really differs euthanasia from plain suicide is the involvement of medical professionals and other personnel and the time taken to make the decision.
